McClellan's Brewing Co. is located in the King Soopers shopping center at Taft Hill Road and Elizabeth next to the coffee shop. We are a brewpub featuring our own handcrafted cask ales brewed in the traditional Celtic style, as well as a limited menu of high-end spirits, Artisan sandwiches ,and charcuterie boards.

Our interior reflects simple elegance, while paying tribute to Celtic heritage. The dining area offers indoor, as well as patio seating. The patio is DOG FRIENDLY. Part of the brewing process can be observed behind glass windows from the interior and exterior.

House Beer

Wulver -

IPA (Cask & Keg): The recipe dates back to 1885 from the city of Edinburgh, Scotland. A highly-hopped cask ale. It’s a surprisingly smooth and fruity beer. Unlike any IPA you’ve ever had. Don’t let the IBUs fool you this is anything but bitter. *7.7% ABV 80 IBUs* Pint-5.5

Kilt Tilter -

Wee Heavy (Cask & Keg): Our Flagship Ale! This Scottish beer is all about the malt. You may be able to pick up a wee hint of Fuggles and East Kent Goldings hops in there, but the malts are the chieftains in this Wee Heavy. A dark robust ruby beer that has malty sweetness, massive mouthfeel, hints of toffee, and shortbread. *7% ABV 30 IBUs* Pint- 5

Pierce Brosnan -

Irish Red (Cask): Smooth and Irish just like Pierce Brosnan. Mild bitterness, slightly sweet, robust flavor. *6.3% ABV 25 IBUs* (Make it a Black & Tan by mixing it with our Stout) Pint- 5

Peely Wally-

Session White IPA. (Keg) Super hoppy with 8 different hops in this super sessionable IPA. “Peel Wally” is a Scottish term for something that is very pale - think the brewers legs after winter. *4.7% ABV 80 IBUs*

Fluffy Clouds-

Cream Ale (Keg): This beautifully balanced American cream ale is done the McClellan's way! Biscuity malts fill your nose and palette with a mild, citrusy hop background. *IBU of 20 ABV 5.8%* Pint- 5.5

Defenestration Pilsner:

An American/Czech hybrid Pilsner. Brewed with traditional Czech Pilsner malt and American hops. This is pale, crisp, and refreshing beer. *25 IBUs 5% ABV*

Sassenach Burton Ale-

Burton-Upon-Trent’s other ale (Cask).. This is a ruby ale with a strong malt forward ale that has a dry finish. Thirst quenching and satisfying. 6% abv. 40 IBUs Pint- 6

Black Cork:

Deacon Brodie, the inspiration behind Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde, was said to have enjoyed this tipple before engaging in nefarious crimes. Dark as night, nutty, roasty, and toasty, it is more complex than a tax form. *6.6% ABV 40 IBU*

Sarah’s Brown Ale:

A Northern English Brown Ale. (Cask) Roasty and smooth with a spicy finish. Perfect for an autumn day or night. *4.6% ABV 25 IBUs

Son of a Nutcracker-

Barrel Aged Winter Warmer (Keg): Subtle sour notes from the barrel, spiced with cinnamon & nutmeg, then Brandy soaked raisins were added to the fermenter similar to dry hopping. Aged one year in Hale and Bradford bourbon barrels. 10oz pour. *8% ABV 30 IBUs* 10 oz.p- 7.5

Bourbon Barrel Soured Stout-

We took our famous Hennessy Stout and put it into Hale & Bradford Bourbon barrels. Nature took its course and gave it a funky note. Just awesome. *6.7% ABV 35 IBUs*

Midnight Donkey-

.Made from a dark barley and even darker candi sugar. Complext malt flavors coupled with burnt molasses and undertones of banana. *10.2% ABV 35 IBU* 10oz pour 7.5

Helter Seltzer-

Unfiltered mango-infused seltzer (Keg). This makes Claws look like fluffy kitten paws. *6% ABV* Pint- 4

Aged Irish Cheddar and Red Wine Irish Cheddar, served with 16 month-aged Prosciutto imported from Parma Italy, Finocchiona fermented salami, mango chutney, greek olives, and pressed Italian herb focaccia. 14

Hunter’s Board:

A collection of fine meats including: 16-month aged Prosciutto imported from Italy, and preservative free, humanely raised Finocchiona and Calabrese salami. Garnished with roasted red peppers, olives, pickled okra, whole grain mustard, and pressed garlic bread made with our spent grain. 17

Cheese Board:

10-month aged Old Rotterdam from Holland; Spanish, Black Bomber Mature Cheddar, and a cave-aged Smoked Blue cheese. Garnished with Italian olives, dried fruit, sweet pepper drops, mango chutney, and pressed garlic bread made from our spent grain. 18

Combination Board:

18-month aged Prosciutto imported from Italy, and preservative free, humanely raised Finocchiona and Calabrese salami. Paired with 10-month aged Old Rotterdam from Holland; Black Bomber Mature Cheddar, and an American cave-aged Smoked Blue cheese. Garnished with Greek and Italian olives, Marcona almonds, dried cherries, spicy pickled okra, sweet pepper drops, Cornichons, mango chutney, whole grain mustard, and pressed garlic olive oil bread made with our spent grain. 28

The Cadillac Classic Club:

A fresh compilation of Oven-Roasted Turkey and premium Black Forest Ham. Piled high with Applewood smoked bacon, aged white cheddar, crisp lettuce, tomato, dill pickle, sweet red onion, German Heidelberg mustard, and mayonnaise. The Clint Eastwood:

Grilled herb chicken breast with melted aged white cheddar, caramelized red onions, bacon, Sweet Baby Rays BBQ, and pickle chips on a toasted hoagie roll. 12

Prime Rib Melt:

Thinly sliced slow-cooked Prime Rib paired with horseradish cheddar, roasted red peppers, and a house made roasted garlic rosemary horseradish aioli. Served on a toasted hoagie roll. 13

The Fresh Prince:

Thinly sliced slow-cooked prime rib with melted aged white cheddar, roasted red peppers, roasted red pepper pesto, and caramelized red onions. Served on a pressed ciabatta. 13

The Colorado:

A quarter pound of premium Black Forest Ham topped with Applewood smoked bacon, dill pickle chips, German Heidelberg mustard, and aged Gruyere. Served on warm pressed ciabatta bread. 12.5

Mile-High Pastrami:

Just like the name implies, a healthy 6oz portion of pastrami is topped with Gruyere cheese, Pickle chips, and German Heidelberg Mustard. Served on pressed marble rye bread. 13.5
